in his own words
"Expressing myself through my art is a passion that brings me pleasure. In my work I like to explore how one interacts with their environment, and to juxtapose and layer colors to create dynamic energies. Something simple can be understood differently based upon its color context. Being creative with one’s senses is an important form of adaptability. In my art I bring out the soulful and peaceful; the witty and wise. Being outdoors in nature feeds my imagination and my sense of well-being. When I make my art, often I am creating a new natural environment on my canvas. This is my approach with all of my art."
"...and above all: the tug of wonder."
